Do you have it together on the outside while inside you’re struggling with feeling disconnected, anxious, or on edge? Are you ready to stop over-apologizing, overthinking texts, and replaying convos in your head? Do you want to live authentically, but you're not sure what authentic even is for you? I help those who struggle with trauma, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression to get to the root of their challenges so they can gain understanding and self compassion. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I love working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks on how their identity impacts their mental health.
