Life can feel overwhelming when navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with individuals from middle school through adulthood who struggle with self-esteem, executive functioning, communication, and social or academic pressures. Many feel overwhelmed, experience self-doubt or impostor syndrome, and have difficulty with organization, time management, decision-making, and relationships. As an LSW in NJ and PA, I provide a supportive, individualized approach to help clients build confidence, improve communication, and feel more capable in handling life’s challenges.
