Vida has been working in the mental health and addiction field since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology degree from her home Country, Iran. She then started her master’s program in 2017 and received her Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She is Fluent in Farsi and English and is able to Read, Write and Speak Turkish effectively. Vida has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being since 2010. Specializing in trauma work and PTSD, cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, client Center and IFS, Vida creates a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore their inner worlds and uncover pathways to growth and healing.
