Compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience treating anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder in adults and young adults. My goal is to create a strong therapeutic alliance to help clients feel safe and comfortable. Therapy is collaborative process, and it is not one size fits all. I have experience in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and often work from a psychodynamic perspective.
