About
If you feel scattered no matter how hard you try, start strong then lose follow-through, or live with a brain that won’t power down, you’re not alone. Attention and focus challenges can look like unfinished plans, chronic overwhelm, feeling constantly “on” and exhausted by your own thoughts. It can also spill into relationships: missed details, drifting attention, frustration, or attachment patterns that flare when you’re stressed. I work with clients to help them make sense of what’s happening and build a steadier, more workable way to live and connect. You can feel calmer, clearer, and more consistent. Change happens when we turn “I was overwhelmed” into specifics we can actually work with. Sessions start with a check-in, then we zoom in on moments from your week, especially where ADHD, stress, or attachment gets activated. We practice tools, troubleshoot follow-through, and end with a clear plan to work on in between sessions
