Hello, I am Tatum! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Psychotherapy is a tool to identify emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that may be effecting productivity in relationships, motivation to work, sleep health and eating habits; to support one's best self. As a psychotherapist and 25 years experience and training, I am here to help you find that alignment for yourself. I walk with my clients to unpack the rocks in your backpack for a meaningful change and support the rediscovery for the best quality of life for the client. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Self actualization is awaiting. As a mental health therapist, I offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and children. My practice consists of the implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused to break cognitive distortions; identify ineffective coping patterns and generational cycles that no longer serve the client; rather assist in the increase of self worth.
