If you've been feeling stuck, hopeless, or experienced something terrible, then I hope to support you through your journey towards the life you envision for yourself. If you're a parent who is seeking help for your child, then I'm so glad you've found my page. I aim to help individuals address their mental health in a holistic and systemic approach by examining all relevant factors to their wellness. For children, this might mean collaborating with all the adults that can have a meaningful impact on your child's success such as other caregivers, teachers, or related service providers. My style is warm and personable yet direct and experiential. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and my role is to nurture that ability. I provide traditional talk therapy, EMDR, play therapy, sandtray therapy, CPRT (PCIT), and parenting support. I also specialize in providing neurodivergent affirming care to individuals and their support systems.
