With nearly thirty years experience working with adolescents and adults, I have accompanied many people confronting depression, anxiety, trauma/loss, and addiction. My experience has taught me to explore each individual's unique perspective and foster healing through a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment. I am a CSAT, which means I specialize in assisting those who are confronting issues with sexual compulisivity and seek a path toward recovery. I offer a relational approach, that mixes cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, Brainspotting, along with other tehniques to you on your journey to healing.
