I have over 30 years’ experience working both with adults and adolescents in psychotherapy. The issues my clients bring to therapy most often include those around depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. Adults are often concerned with their careers, their marriages and their children, and adolescents tend to focus on school, peer relationships, their families, and their anxieties about the future. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental setting in which clients can better explore their concerns and come to a better understanding as to how to move forward.
