Do you feel like you go from really high intense moments to really low moments or not feeling anything at all? Do you beat yourself up for things and have that "mean" inner dialogue? Does your head feel like it's going to explode with all your thoughts? These are all issues that stem from emotion dysregulation and maladaptive schemas. The good news is there are a lot of ways we can help address this! I specialize in evidence based treatments, mainly DBT, CBT and family/couples therapy to help people understand where their problems are coming from and how to manage them in the moment. I am all about the emotion so I also help people identify, experience and express their emotions so that they can connect to themselves and others.
