I have extensive experience and training working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, ADHD, trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe in meeting each person I work with where they are and working together to figure out who they are and why the do the things they do. I believe that each of us operates in many ways that we are not even aware of while also being unaware of the origins of those behaviors. Through our work together, we will uncover your patterns and how they came to be while working to reshape them in a way that serves your goals.
