I earned my master's degree in Co-occurring Recovery Disorders Counseling from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN, in 2021. Shortly after, I relocated to the Brainerd, MN area to embrace a closer connection with family and nature. As a dually licensed professional in Minnesota, I hold credentials as both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where you are in the driver’s seat and I’m here in the passenger seat to help navigate.
