Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist, having graduate degrees in both Social Work and Counseling Education. My prior experience was in schools for 3 years, a mental health clinic 12 yrs and private practice 11 yrs. I have gained experience with people of all ages, having personal/mental health issues of varying degrees, from mild depression/anxiety to serious mental health illnesses. Besides counseling individuals, I also counsel couples and families. My emphasis is in helping to create or maintain positive emotional health in my clients...to see the proverbial glass as half full rather than as half empty.
