My name is Virginia Barnet, licensed in the state of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is that I want my clients to know that everyone is an individual and treatment is not trying to put someone into specific categories, but to really dive into what my client is going through, without judgment. I typically work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, couple/marital problems, parenting skills, trauma, life adjustment, and relationship problems, and teenagers who are struggling with their day-to-day lives.
