I believe all people are capable of change, growth, and healing, especially when they are seen and understood for who they are. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or questions of identity. I offer a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to build self-awareness, explore patterns, and develop practical tools. Together, we work toward greater resilience, clearer communication, and a more authentic, connected life.
