Many people see therapy as a one-sided conversation, full of psychobabble and jargon. That is definitely not me! I want to help you achieve the solutions and life changes you are looking for while learning about yourself in new ways. Life is too short to surrender to depression, bad relationship patterns, or let trauma control us. Therapy gives us new tools to deal with life on life’s terms and the benefit of an objective, third-person perspective. We absolutely can be free of emotional pain and find meaning in our lives if we believe change is possible, we want to change, and we are willing to do the work.
