Hi, my name is Grace Garraway, ALC, and I am currently practicing under the supervision of Susan Case, LPC-S. Teens and adults often come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or life’s challenges. They may struggle with trauma, relationships, substance use, grief, or spiritual and identity questions. Many face major transitions like school, career changes, or burnout. I use an integrated, person-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can find relief, gain clarity, build coping skills, and reconnect with their values to feel empowered and confident.
