I firmly believe in the inherent resilience within all individuals and that you are the expert in your own life. My approach to therapy is eclectic and fluid to best meet your needs so you can move out of survival mode and create the life you want. I offer specialized support for individuals managing PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, prolonged grief, chronic illness and traumatic injuries, as well as individuals needing support navigating relationship issues with peers, family, or intimate partners. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, anti-racism, LGBTQIA2S+ allyship, and mind-body-spirit social work.
