Hi, I’m Virginia. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or navigating a big life change—you're in the right place. I work with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are navigating issues like anxiety, depression, identity questions, parenting stress, low self esteem or feeling disconnected from themselves. I offer a safe, compassionate, client-centered space where your experiences are heard, honored, and explored collaboratively. In our work together, we’ll take time to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, and empowerment to figure out what healing and growth look like for you.
