If emotional distance, mismatched sexual desire, or constant fighting is weighing you and your partner down, you deserve a space where you feel supported! As a Marriage and Family Therapy provider, I specialize in helping individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite break. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you. It’s about slowing down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and creating space for new ways of relating to both yourself and others. A core part of my work is holding space: offering a grounded, non-judgmental presence where you can explore the parts of yourself or your relationship that rarely get airtime. Clients often tell me they appreciate that sessions feel like a place to breathe and feel seen. We’ll walk slowly where it matters and move with momentum where you’re ready.
