Do you ever feel life should be happier, fuller, healthier? I’m here to help achieve that. As a licensed social worker, my goal is to help you accomplish your own goals. My specialty is helping to unlock your hidden potential by working toward the elimination of depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and trauma while improving individual functioning. Throughout our work together, you will learn to better regulate emotions and feelings while improving listening, and communication skills to help you. I have found that so many issues that people have result from challenges processing or challenges communicating. I have experience working in mental health situations as well as extensive experience treating all individuals regardless of age, struggles, diagnosis, or their past.
