About

Being a counselor is a great privilege! I enjoy walking with people through some of the darkest times of their lives as they move forward to reaching their goals. The environment of the client-therapist relationship is unique and powerful. Within this context, growth is contagious. It's amazing to watch people say things like "I finally know and like myself" and feel that they no longer feel "stuck" or full of confusion or regrets. In order to be engaged in this process, I believe in being genuine, caring, and straight-forward. For individual therapy, I provide provide a holistic approach that addresses biological, emotional, psychological, social, cultural, sexual, and spiritual aspects of self. Additionally, I am a Certified Emotionally-Focused Couples and Individual therapist, Story-Informed Trauma Therapist, and a Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist.
