Together we care for the soul: the part of us that feels, remembers, makes meaning, and holds both the seen and unseen. Tending the soul isn’t about fixing or quickly relieving pain, but honoring symptoms as voices from within. With curiosity and courage, we can listen to what they are telling us, and as they are acknowledged, they may soften. In this process, we befriend our soul.
