I work from a human-centered base which consists of empathy and curiosity. I have 4+ years in substance use treatment as well as 4+ years working with justice involved individuals in an alternative to incarceration program. I utilize trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches which consist of harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques. I am passionate about social justice and understand that as individuals, people live in a context of systems, small and large. I work with people to understand themselves and others in these contexts.
