Many people I work with describe their previous experiences with therapy as “shallow” or “surface level.” My take is that we’ve got to dig deep to create real change. Life is short, and you’ve got a life to live—so let’s get to it. I work with people on issues related to incarceration and reentry, men’s mental health, anger and aggression, queer identity, relationships and relating, grief, and existential matters. As a musician, I enjoy working with people in creative and performance-driven fields, including actors, artists, and athletes.
