My name is Viti Golomb, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Therapy works best as a collaborative, client focused, nurturing and supportive relationship. We will focus on healing and strengthening your relationship to yourself, which will lead to stronger, healthier personal relationships. I use cognitive behavioral therapy. We will examine thoughts that lead to pain and unproductive patterns of behavior, educate about how those thoughts cause feelings of sadness, anxiety, etc., restructure those thoughts and learned new coping skills. I also use solution focused therapy to work on future goals.
