I focus on relationships - and I don't just mean with significant others. What is your relationship with your anxiety or depression? What is your relationship with your trauma or your past? What is your relationship with your thoughts on a daily basis? I believe that I can help to untangle a mess in your mind and leave you with a deeper understanding of your self or your situation. I see clients in Florida and California both individually and as couples. I offer telehealth sessions via Zoom, I am in-network with most insurances and I can help you take advantage of out of network benefits if I'm not.
