I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have been credentialed by Washington State as a Child Mental Health Specialist and a Mental Health Professional. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals and couples. My priority is to create space for my clients to feel safe and supported with whatever challenges they are currently facing. I have advanced training in Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and emotion focused couples therapy. I have worked in a community mental health setting and correctional facilities dealing with co-morbid disorders.
