I am a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan with over 20 years of experience working with families, adults, children, adolescents and in group settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress management and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My goal is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Giving a listening ear, feedback and creating goals with clients that help see their own path to well-being.
