Considering therapy often means you’ve reached a point where something in your life no longer feels aligned. Maybe your relationship with yourself has shifted, or something in your connections with others isn’t working the way it used to. Sometimes your usual ways of coping with stress and difficult situations stop working. My role is to support you through these moments with warmth and clarity. I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free space where we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and build practical skills to help you feel more grounded.
