I work with individuals who are or have gone through difficult experiences. Together we work to find healing. We work to learn how to manage stress, life transitions and develop inner strength. I am holistic and apply trauma inform, somatic movement, nutrition and mindfulness interventions. During our sessions we can explore how past and current experiences are connected and can drive our reactions now. We can find ways to release heavy burdens of the past to find the strength within and reconnect with oneself. Also during challenging times we can create ways to find inner strength.
