Hey there! I’m an Licensed Clinician who is currently accepting clients both in-person and online in the state of CA. I strive to empower my clients with autonomy and ownership of their therapeutic process, as I firmly believe we are co-collaborators in your treatment. I utilize a warm, relational approach where I show up as my authentic self and I encourage you to do the same as we work towards growth and self-compassion. Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy vintage fashion and music in addition to cooking new recipes and food spots with my dog and partner!
