My role is to help you explore your life through a new lens, using strength-based practice and solution-focused techniques that empower you to move forward. My work is rooted in a holistic perspective, I believe true well-being involves the integration of mind, body, and spirit. As part of my own self-care, I spend regular time in nature, which I find deeply grounding and restorative.
