Hi, glad you are taking this step! In this ever-changing world, we all need some support. As an EMDR trained, trauma-informed, psychotherapist and board-approved clinical supervisor, I'm always looking to learn new ways of doing things, all while creating the space necessary for my clients to speak freely about their challenges, think through options, and celebrate any progress along their unique journey. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals across the lifespan; from children with autism/neurodivergent adults, to adults struggling with depression, anxiety and adjusting to loss or loneliness.
