Relationship strain, communication issues, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, mistrust of happiness and feelings of depression are some of the experiences I help you heal from. I work with folks whose past pains are inhibiting present fulfillment within relationships and quality of life. We work together to navigate stressors and responsibilities they are expected to keep up with, while managing past pains to relearn safety on their current path. I treat the person as a whole- meaning in addition to your psyche, I also take into account your environmental, circumstantial, and physical self and how that impacts your mental health overall. I was born in Ukraine, speak Russian, and incorporate multicultural awareness to my therapeutic work. I adapt techniques from approaches including Person Centered, Trauma Informed Care, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Holistic Approach, and more. I am a Certified Complete Trauma Professional.
