Hi, I’m Vlasi. You can call me V. I'm a psychotherapist based in Colorado. I work with adults who feel stuck in anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or patterns of thinking, beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve them. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned to the mind-body connection. I believe that most symptoms are not signs that something is “wrong,” but signals from a nervous system that learned to survive difficult experiences.
