I work to provide services in a caring and understanding theraputic relationship. My goal is to provide empowerment and understanding to clients during sessions. I provide treatment to adolescents, families, and adults. I use cognitive therapy with other modalities to assist you in your treatment. I believe in a working partnership to help achieve your wholeness. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey. I feel that one of my strengths as a provider is empathy. I am able to help a client feel safe and peaceful during our sessions. I enjoy what I do in this field of therapy. I assist clients in finding a healthy life balance of self worth, empowerment, and inner courage. I speak truth and kindness to my clients about their situations and concerns.
