There is not just one path that leads someone to seeking therapy and with that being said there is not just one type of therapy that works for everyone. I work with clients to help figure out what their needs are and together we figure out the best way to work together. My clients come from a variety of life circumstances and backgrounds and are often in some point of transition in their lives. I try to create a safe space for diversity and personal experiences as I believe they cannot be discounted from how it has shaped them. I work with many folks who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who are neurodiverse. I use a humanistic and down to earth manner of counseling by blending empathy and experience to connect to my clients. I hold a dual Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and Mental Health Counseling which allows space for innovative and creative alternative to talk therapy. I see clients in both Massachusetts and Texas virtually.
