Rachael has experience working in crisis intervention, community mental health with persons diagnosed with serious mental illness, and in the substance use disorder field. Rachael believes people can and do change, and every person has a right to live a rich, meaningful life. Providing a safe, affirming, and calm environment, Rachael counsels individuals from the age of 15 through older adults, and couples. She will meet you where you are and enjoys working with a diverse population including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and persons with neurodiversity.
