As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona, I work with both adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use, obsessive-compulsive patterns, self-harm, and trauma. I integrate EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to support insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools for lasting change in daily life.
