It is not an easy thing to acknowledge that one would benefit from the insight, experience, or guidance of another. Everyone has a "too much," whether it makes sense to anyone else or not, and taking advantage of the experience and training of a counselor shows insight, courage, and a desire to improve your life and relationships. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples with a focus on anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and premarital counseling.
