Maybe you’re doing what’s “right”, showing up for work and working hard in your relationships, but something still feels disconnected or unfulfilling. There may be a quiet loneliness under the surface, a sense that something essential is missing. You might be questioning who you are, why you feel unseen in relationships, or why anxiety or grief still hold so much power. Therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. Most of my clients (often men, LGBTQ+ folk, or couples) come for a core reason: they want to feel more alive, emotionally connected, and in control of their choices.
