I use multi-modalities such as hypnotherapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral-CBT… in service of speedy recovery from Trauma, Anxiety, Grief and Addictions in a compassionate judgement free space. I am passionate about helping clients improve the quality of their life & find life enhancing meaning by creating a warm, supportive and safe space for them to explore their deepest concerns. Such inquiry is in service of eliminations or decrease of symptoms and an increase of sense of competence, freedom, aliveness and excitement in tackling life’s opportunities and challenges.
