A guiding theme for my work is meeting individuals where they are in life in order to understand the dynamics of their current situation or circumstance. Many of the people that I work with have been involved in the child welfare and or court systems, have experienced tragedy, trauma and experiencing grief, anxiety, or struggling with life stressors. I strive to support clients as they develop creative solutions and tools to improve their quality of life. I use a strengths-based and solution focused approach in working with clients, to identify their strengths, who they are and strategies they can use to be their best self.
