My approach is rooted in collaborative curiosity, meaning you bring your concerns or intentions with you and together we inquire into them. We can explore what stories you might be holding onto that feed into your worries or behaviors, and from there we can reexamine narratives that no longer serve you, striving to better understand who we are behind these constructions.
