Helping people to find peace of mind and restoring hope. We help adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, race related stress, relationships and life issues. In my practice, these clients learn skills to cope and manage obstacles as they occur and a decrease in depression and anxiety symptoms. Based in Louisiana, I am also licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Texas, and New Jersey. We also offer supervision for PLPC's in Louisiana. I specialize in trauma-informed counseling that integrates EMDR, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients process deeply rooted experiences and build lasting emotional resilience.
