I want to empower you to recognize & draw on your own individual strengths; using them to gain greater joy and meaning in your life. No matter what situations you have occurring; moving toward a more positive life is possible! Having been a counselor for over 30 years and have seen all ages (4 yrs +) and worked alongside them to address a variety of issues. After doing volunteer work with veterans; I added evaluations for disability and/or military services to my practice. My goal: to meet you where you are and build a strong therapeutic relationship that we can utilize to meet and/or exceed your goals.
