I work with Individuals in facilitating personal comfort and growth. Individual treatment is In Office by appointment and/or Virtual Sessions via my HIPAA approved Mental Health website. Client's are encouraged to establish goals based on presenting needs and/or challenges. I am an experienced level 11 Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Clinician and utilize EMDR skills and techniques for InOffice desensitization of trauma and also for Relaxation in Virtual and InOffice Sessions. I have been a certified Brene' Brown Facilitator and use her reknown literature and research to facilitate shame and guilt issues for clients.
