Welcome! I hope you will find a space with one of the therapists at Water & Stone, where you can be yourself and feel supported and safe in a world that doesn't prioritize that for many of us. I began this practice to bring a more contemplative approach to therapy and it has turned into something so much more important. People come to us because they need support and stay because they experience acceptance, feeling valued/worthy, and know they are free to explore identity, their unique self within and beyond diagnosis or labels, and anything going on in their life.
