Hello, I'm a licensed Professional Counselor based in Michigan. I have 21 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress, worry, anxiety, addiction, trauma, low motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing to make sure you feel we are a good match.
